I've spent so much time trying to understand lyrics, mine and others, thinking
that they were some sort of coded messages from some other dimension. I guess
that Freud did much more harm to me than I am prepared to admit.
I'm
glad that, once again, I was guided by an elder. Leonard Cohen is spot-on in a
recent NYT interview: "it doesn't serve the enterprise to really examine it from
outside the moment." Shalom.
